Who pays: us or the couple?
You do, at the price above. Most planners include it in their package or resell it to the couple as an extra. You set the price to the couple.
Can the couple edit the site themselves?
No, and that's on purpose: nothing breaks. You or the couple send changes by email or WhatsApp and they're live within 48 hours.
Where do the RSVPs go?
Each reply is emailed to you (and to the couple if you wish) the moment it's sent. You can ask for the full list or the shuttle sheet at any time.
What about guests' personal data?
We collect only what the wedding needs, show guests a clear privacy notice and ask for their consent, never use the data for anything else, and delete all replies within 60 days after the wedding. You and the couple decide what is collected. We process it on your behalf, and a short data processing agreement is available.
Will it show up on Google?
No. Each site is hidden from search engines and shared only by its link.
Can we use our own photos?
Yes. Send the couple's engagement photos or images of the venue and we'll use them. Otherwise the site uses a hand-drawn island design.
